Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is seven days starting from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Julia Reichel, thecooltoolshop@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 7-day period expires.
